Dear Comrades,

                     As per the provision in the Trade Union Act of the Constitution, the Divisional Working Committee meeting will be held on 19th  of Febury-2017 (Sunday) at 10.00 hours in the premises of Kuchinda MDG. All the executive Members of Sambalpur Division AIPEU (Group-C)  are hereby   requested to attend the meeting positively on the scheduled date and time.

2. Accounts Review

3.  Discussion   about 2^nd Sept 2016 strike and one day proposed  token strike of 15.03.2017

4. Discussion on the following matter.

    (a)LSG , HSG-II and HSG-I

    (b) Circle Conference at Balasore held on dated 07.01.2017 to 09.01.2017.

    (c ) Abolition of  the post of PA(2), Postman(7),MTS(14) in Sambalpur Division

    (d) About payment of PLI  Incentive.

5. Inauguration of  Postal Treasure( Volume-III)

6. Facilitation program of Comm. Ramesh Chandra Mishra, Ex Circle Secretary Odisha Circle    who retired on 31.01.2017

7. Any other matters with due permission of the chair.

Retirement of Com.R.C.Mishra

     Com. Ramesh Chandra Mishra, a veteran and frontline leader of AIPEU(Gr-C), Odisha Circle is going to retire from service on superannuation today after noon i.e on  31.01.2017 after discharging unblemished duties as Circle Secretary, AIPEU(Gr-C), Odisha Circle   for more than 13 years at a stretch.

      Words are too short to explicate his contribution made for the unity and development of the Postal fraternity especially for Odisha Circle. Like a moon on the starry sky, spring among the seasons, Indra among the Gods and Vasistha among the sages, such is the pre-eminence of Com. R.C.Mishra among the union leaders and union activities of Odisha Circle. AIPEU(Gr-C), Divisional Branch, Sambalpur will always solicit his precious guidance for moving ahead in the union activities even after his retirement.

    All the members of AIPEU(Gr-C),Sambalpur Divisional Branch wish all the very best for the post retirement life of Com.R.C.Mishra. May "Maa Samaleswari" shower her blessings upon Com.Mishra for the tussle free post retirement life.
