        As per DOP&T  letter no-12/6/2016-JCA-2 Dated 21.3.2016 communicated vide CO, Bhubaneswar letter no-Tech/3-2/2010 Dated 06.04.2016, 14^th of April-2016 has been declared Holiday on account of Birthday of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar.

Retirement on Superannuation

    Shri N.N.Panda, Manager, Postal Store Depot, Sambalpur and Shri Durga Prasad Naik, PA, Jharsuguda HO are retiring today the 31st March-2016(A/N) on superannuation. 

     On the occasion of their retirement from Govt. Service, AIPEU(Gr-C),Sambalpur Divisional Branch bids them a respectful farewell and wishes them a good-health and peaceful life in their post-retirement days. 

Enhancement of DA Rate from 01.01.2016

    The Union Cabinet today gave a Holi gift to central government employees with a 6% hike in the dearness allowance w.e.f. 01.01.2016. With this move, the DA will now goes up to 125% from existing 119%, benefiting over 10 million employees and pensioners.
