Identity Card to all the Departmental official(s) of the Sambalpur Postal Division will be issued shortly by the Supdt. of POs, Sambalpur Division, Sambalpur. Therefore, it is requested that all the Departmental Official(s) should submit their bio-data along with one Passport Size Photograph in the prescribed proforma furnished below to the Divisional head for early issue of the Identity-Card.
