Dear Comrades of Sambalpur Division!
You are holding this Conference in such a crucial moment when our well prepared Indefinite Strike from 11.07.2016 under the banner of National JCA demanding suitable modifications on the retrograde measures of 7th CPC has been deferred on one hand and we are awaiting the Gazette Notification for implementation of the recommendations of 7th CPC on the other. We noticed a serious game plan of the Govt. with the Central Govt. employees finalizing first to implement the recommendations as per the cabinet decision and then to decide on the basis of the findings of the so called committees constituted with the cabinet decision and thereafter. Justice to the Central Govt. employees has been badly delayed with a definite intention which need to be discussed thoroughly in your Subject Committee apart from all general / local issues.
Once again we wish successful conductance of your Conference.
